1 qt. bread crumbs
	1/2 c. boiling water
	1/2 c. chicken fat or salad oil or butter
	1/2 tsp. sage or thyme
	1/2 tsp. salt
	1/4 tsp. pepper
	1/4 cup onion, minced fine
	
	Mix ingredients together lightly with fork, adding water in small amounts 
	until consistency is moist, but not too wet.
	
	CELERY STUFFING:
	
	Add 1 cup of finely minced celery to basic bread stuffing
